Finally taking that out-of-date Control4 controller to the next level? We have the solution. Our controller migration service is specifically designed to make a seamless transfer from your old hardware to new, without disruption!
We first make a courtesy backup of your project and at your request will email you your own .c4p file even if you choose not to work with us in the future. We can also provide you a cable schedule and Visio drawing (converted to PDF on request) of your system, as it is currently connected, for your reference.
One of our certified programmers will then start a migration of your project to the new Control4 controller, ensuring all previous connections are transferred and the ZigBee network is restored without incident. If not done by a professional it is easy for programmers to make the mistake of losing the ZigBee network forcing a re-identification of all ZigBee nodes in the project which is time cosuming.
Next, our experienced programmers will deep dive into your drivers and 3rd party licenses to make sure all of them are fully active on a new mac address which resets with most developers during a migration such as this.
Once the migration has been completed, we do a full system diagnostics thoroughly testing all funuctions of the system and ensuring you will have continued enjoyment of your Control4 system and enjoy the hardware upgrade for years to come.
